Zipline & Virtual Reality Operator — Part-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, safety-minded Zipline & Virtual Reality Operator to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in an exciting attractions environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload guests from the zipline attraction.

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.

• Clearly explain attraction procedures, rules, and safety instructions.

• Monitor guests and rider safety throughout the entire attraction experience.

• Perform routine inspections of VR pods, headsets, controllers, and related equipment.

• Assist guests with VR headset fitting, equipment setup, and basic operation.

• Ensure all attraction and VR equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Keep the attraction area clean, organized, and safe.

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or other problems to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Comfortable working with technology and VR equipment.

• Able to communicate safety instructions clearly and professionally.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and assist guests throughout the shift.

• Previous customer service, amusement, zipline, or VR experience is a plus, but training may be provided.

Schedule
