Location: South Holland, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse / Office Clerk to support daily warehouse operations and office administration for a growing company in South Holland. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse coordination with office and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Support

• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory coordination
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and receiving processes
• Support inventory tracking and logistics activities
• Work closely with delivery drivers, vendors, and suppliers to maintain operational efficiency
• Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and order scheduling

Office Administration

• Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
• Prepare invoices, estimates, purchase orders, and other business documents
• Perform data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and general office administrative duties
• Maintain office supplies and organized office operations
• Support management with day-to-day operational tasks

Customer Service

• Assist with showroom inquiries and sales support
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and logistics
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining positive business relationships

Qualifications

• Previous office, warehouse, logistics, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
• Proficient with computers, email, and data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
