Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Production Worker Opportunity

We are hiring dependable Production Workers to join a growing plastic injection molding manufacturing facility in Lewiston, Idaho. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating production equipment, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Production Worker, you'll help monitor production equipment, inspect product quality, and support manufacturing operations while contributing to the production of high-quality plastic molded products.

Must-Haves

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects
• Perform basic part handling and manual part removal
• Monitor machine performance and material levels
• Replace full product containers and maintain production flow
• Communicate production updates and issues to team members
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed
