Process Engineer

 

Metal manufacturing facility in north Fort Worth is seeking a Process Engineer for their team!  The Process Engineer plans and coordinates manufacturing process, develops work measurement procedures, and performs time-and-motion studies to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment (multi-plant experience a plus)
• Ability to create or modify workflows, size equipment, and run statistical analysis for maximum efficiency
• Proficiency in interpreting and drafting Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Experience using simulation and modeling tools, alongside CAD programs like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of safety standards studies, OSHA regulations, and Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP software. Syteline ERP is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
