Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager / Director of Quality will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide quality systems, processes, and performance metrics. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives align with overall business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's quality strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead quality initiatives focused on improving efficiency, consistency, compliance, and overall performance.
• Manage quality-related activities, priorities, and resources across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, policies, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Lead internal and external audit programs and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.
• Establish and monitor quality performance metrics, reporting, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain calibration, inspection, testing, and evaluation programs as applicable.
• Prepare and present quality reports, trends, recommendations, and improvement plans to leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality ownership throughout the organization.
• Support customer and stakeholder relationships by ensuring quality expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading quality programs, managing teams, and driving organizational change.
• Proven ability to develop performance metrics and utilize data to support decision-making.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related software systems.
