Salary: 70,000

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a General Accountant to support its U.S. operations while working closely with the Finance and Accounting team in Italy.

Salary: $70,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift
Training: Initial in-person training in Italy

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and cash collections
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and support payment scheduling
• Serve as a key liaison between U.S. customers/suppliers and the Accounting team in Italy
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager
• Assist with HR and payroll-related activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
• High School Diploma required; additional accounting education is a plus
• Italian language skills are preferred but not required
