Our client, a well established manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, interpreting technical information, and coordinating projects from order entry through production.

What You'll Do

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules to ensure accurate order processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and product support throughout the order process
• Price, enter, and route orders in accordance with manufacturing procedures
• Coordinate with production, sales, and other internal departments to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Utilize product knowledge to identify solutions and resolve customer concerns

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of building materials, construction, or related industries preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
