Production Worker

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of meeting production goals, and committed to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Load, unload, assemble, package, inspect, or process products according to production specifications.
Meet daily production and quality standards.
Operate production equipment and tools safely.
Perform visual quality inspections on finished products.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow company safety procedures and policies.
Report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors.
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred 
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
