Cardboard Recycling Associate

Salary: $15.00 / hr

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active throughout your shift? We’re hiring a dependable Cardboard Recycling Associate to help keep operations running smoothly by sorting and recycling cardboard. This is a very physical position that involves frequent bending, lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive movements.

Job Summary

• Work on the dock recycling cardboard boxes
• Break down and handle cardboard materials
• Perform frequent bending, lifting, standing, and walking
• Complete repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience Required

• Previous warehouse, dock, recycling, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift

Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to perform repetitive physical movements
• Ability to bend, lift, stand, and walk frequently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Bloomington, IN

Pay: $15.00/hr

Position Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
