Multi-Site Property Manager

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $22.00 / hr

Are you an experienced manager with a background in property management, retail, or customer service? We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, support leasing and marketing efforts, and help maintain strong financial and operational performance.

Job Summary

• Oversee property management and administrative operations across multiple sites
• Manage leasing and marketing activities
• Provide personnel development, leadership, and management
• Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable requirements
• Support financial performance and operational goals
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, clients, and team members
• Address day-to-day issues and resolve problems effectively

Experience Required

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Experience in property management, retail, or customer service preferred
• Experience managing multiple locations is a plus
