Express Employment Professionals of Lexington is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a local company. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical: Understanding of AC/DC circuits, ability to use a multimeter, read wiring diagrams, and work with motor controls
• Mechanical Systems: Experience repairing power transmission components, bearings, pumps, and gearboxes
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Working knowledge of fluid power systems
• Automation: Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Schedule:
Regular shift is 3:50 PM–11:50 PM, Monday–Friday.

Please note: The selected candidate will train on 1st shift for approximately the first 30 days before transitioning to the regular 2nd-shift schedule.
