What You Will Do

• Container Offloading & Palletizing: Manually unload inbound inventory from containers, transferring and stacking items securely onto wooden pallets.

• Order Selection & Sorting: Pick warehouse orders from designated racks and utilize conveyer lines to sort and stage outgoing shipments.

• WMS Scanning: Track, record, and log product movements using handheld Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns.

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor compliant with company safety standards.

What You Need

• Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating industrial forklifts is required.

• PPE Required: Must have and wear steel-toed boots on site.

• System Familiarity: Practical experience using WMS handheld scanners or similar inventory systems.

• Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift, bend, stretch, and perform manual container unloading throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, sharp work ethic, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
