• Interpret and enforce company policies, ensuring workplace safety through employee involvement.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, absenteeism, and vacation documentation.
• Promote positive employee relations, handle conflicts, and oversee discipline in the Manufacturing Department.
• Coordinate and implement cross-training programs, analyze work problems, and ensure product quality and production schedules are met.
