The Opportunity

This is not a back-office role. As an Employment Specialist, you will lead business growth, build lasting client partnerships, and deliver results. You’ll be both strategist and doer — recruiting top talent while actively growing your book of business and laying the groundwork to build your own team beneath you. You’ll regularly conduct in-person and remote client meetings, on-site health and safety tours, and reward and recognition visits with associates to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

• Proactively generate new business through outreach, relationship building, and consultative sales
• Recruit, interview, and match top candidates to meaningful opportunities
• Manage and grow client accounts, delivering exceptional service that drives repeat business
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets
• Adapt quickly to client needs, solving challenges with urgency, professionalism, and precision
• Lead with a vision to build and mentor a future team under your division

 

What We’re Looking For

You’re not new to staffing — you’re ready to take the next step. You are hungry and you love to smash targets!

• Experience in the staffing industry is required (local market knowledge is a plus)
• Proven success in a KPI and target-driven environment
• Ability to travel to the USA for training (annually)
• Strong sales acumen and ability to generate business independently
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on experience recruiting, interviewing, and coaching candidates
• Highly organized with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player who also thrives independently
• High attention to detail, driven and a born leader
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
