Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to support one of our manufacturing clients. This position serves as the primary liaison between Express, our associates, and the client, helping ensure smooth workforce operations across multiple shifts.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While our target pay range is $18-$19/hour, we are open to considering exceptional candidates with additional experience. Schedule flexibility is also highly valued, as our primary goal is ensuring coverage across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite representative for Express Employment Professionals
• Support and engage temporary associates throughout their assignment
• Conduct new hire orientations and employee check-ins
• Track attendance, tardiness, and staffing concerns
• Communicate workforce updates to client leadership and Express management
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels across departments and shifts
• Coordinate call-offs, replacements, and schedule adjustments
• Ensure compliance with client policies and safety expectations
• Maintain accurate employee records and reports
• Support special projects and workforce initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with employees and client leadership
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
