Quality Assurance Specialist

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000/year

Specialized Recruiting Group Irvine is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Specialist for a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Irvine, CA area. Our client produces precision components and assemblies for highly regulated industries. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $75,000 to $90,000/year.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain AS9100 quality systems and related documentation
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Review nonconformance, corrective action, and quality records
• Support supplier quality activities and audit preparation
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
• Analyze quality data and identify process improvement opportunities

 

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent quality engineering experience
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
