LOCAL TIRE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS SEEKING A SHORT TERM CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THE POSITION PAYS $25.00 - $26.00 AN HOUR .
Key Responsibilities:
This role will support customers, coordinate orders, and a new in-house system to efficiently transfer and manage customer accounts and information.
Provide professional and timely customer service by phone, email, and system platforms.
Use new in-house software to transfer customers, update accounts, and process information accurately.
Assist with orders, delivery questions, and customer inquiries.
Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable learning and using new software and technology.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Previous customer service, tire, automotive, or distribution experience is a plus.
