Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to accurately complete fabrication projects.
• Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform fabrication and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team while taking initiative to identify solutions and improve processes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a fast-growing work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using engineering drawings.
• Comfortable using tape measures and calipers.
• Experience with coating and mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a problem-solving and creative-thinking mindset.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities.
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing company.
