General Laborer

Are you looking for a stable, long-term career with a growing company? We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our production team. This is a full-time position offering  consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM until completion of work
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal units and components
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Move and stage materials throughout the production area
• Operate an overhead crane (training may be provided)
• Assist machine operators with loading and unloading materials
• Set up work areas and prepare materials for production
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, general labor, manufacturing, or a related field
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• May be working inside or out
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
