Looking for a stable manufacturing position with a three-day weekend every week? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking dependable Production Associates to support production operations through quality inspections, material handling, and product finishing activities.
No advanced manufacturing experience is required. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Full-Time
Pay
What You'll Do
- Inspect parts and products for quality defects
- Stack, organize, and prepare completed products
- Move materials throughout the production process
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Remove debris and scrap materials from workstations
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify quality concerns and defects
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
