Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, scheduling, training, compliance, and day-to-day administrative operations for a growing agricultural business. This is not a traditional corporate HR role. The position works closely with ownership, managers, team leaders, and employees in a casual, rustic, nontraditional farm-office environment.

The ideal candidate balances care and compassion for people with the practical, day-to-day needs of operating an agricultural business. This person should enjoy working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and helping a business run smoothly.

For the right candidate, there is a potential advancement pathway toward an Operations Manager position.

  • Must be available for daily on-site morning meetings beginning between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m.
  • Typical start time is approximately 7:00–7:30 a.m., with seasonal variation
  • Some days may end earlier or later depending on interviews, staffing needs, and operational requirements
  • Occasional Saturdays, evenings, or special events may be required
  • Occasional communication outside traditional office hours may be necessary due to the nature of agriculture and workforce management
