What You'll Do

Payroll Processing

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP
• Review payroll information for completeness and accuracy
• Verify employee hours, deductions, taxes, and payroll changes
• Assist with payroll-related recordkeeping and documentation

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
• Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations
• Respond to payroll-related questions and issues as needed
• Support payroll reporting and related administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Hands-on experience using ADP payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
