Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Express Employment Professionals , Atlanta NE is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrative Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tucker.

The ideal candidate will have previous billing experience, strong Excel skills, and be comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations. This position requires someone who is accurate, organized, and able to learn established billing procedures quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process billing information
• Calculate commissions, percentages, and billing amounts
• Review billing information and calculations for accuracy
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
• Use Microsoft Excel to track and organize billing information
• Provide general administrative support related to the billing process

Qualifications:

• Previous billing or billing support experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong basic math skills, including percentages and commission calculations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and reviewing calculations
• Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
• General accounting knowledge is a plus, but an accounting background is not required
