A local apartment community is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent to assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process. This is an excellent evaluation-to-hire opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and apartment leasing experience.

Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, DOE
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of leasing experience required
Software: RealPage experience preferred

Leasing Agent Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct apartment and community tours
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Explain floor plans, rental rates, lease terms, and community amenities
• Process rental applications and lease documentation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• RealPage experience preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: Off
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Dress Code

Professional business-casual attire required.
