Do you enjoy building customer relationships, solving technical problems, and traveling? A growing industrial technology company is seeking a Technical Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist to support customers, demonstrate equipment software solutions, and drive business growth throughout the United States and Canada.

This role combines technical support, customer relationship management, software demonstrations, account development, and outside sales.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
• Promote industrial equipment software and technology solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide technical support before, during, and after implementation
• Assist customers with software setup, troubleshooting, and training
• Read and understand wiring schematics and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support business development and sales growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical sales, industrial sales, account management, customer service, or customer support preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding
• Ability to read wiring schematics and technical drawings
• Comfortable using software applications and business systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Valid driver's license required

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 60% travel throughout the United States and Canada
• Primarily weekday travel
• Minimal weekend travel required
• Business travel expenses reimbursed
