Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sorter for a local manufacturing facility in Huntington, IN! This position is responsible for sorting and inspecting materials, maintaining production flow, and following established safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities:
Sort and separate materials according to established specifications.
Inspect materials for quality, defects, and proper classification.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
Operate production equipment and tools as trained.
Maintain an organized and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Meet daily production and quality expectations.
Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
