Wash and clean metal parts prior to powder coating.
Operate industrial washing and cleaning equipment.
Remove dirt, oil, grease, rust, and other contaminants from parts.
Properly handle and position parts on racks or conveyor systems.
Inspect parts to ensure they are properly cleaned and prepared for coating.
Follow production schedules and maintain required production rates.
Monitor cleaning solutions and notify supervisors of any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Assist with hanging, unloading, packaging, and moving parts as needed.
Perform other general manufacturing duties as assigned.
