Purchasing Analyst Needed!

A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is looking to add an experienced Purchasing Analyst to their team!

Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Pay: $60,000–$90,000/year

Purchasing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies
  • Work with suppliers on pricing, deliveries, and quality issues
  • Track orders and follow up on late materials
  • Verify purchase requests and material specifications
  • Work with production, shipping, and warehouse teams on material needs
  • Review supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Maintain purchasing records and reports

Purchasing Analyst Requirements:

  • Previous purchasing or procurement experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience working with purchase orders and suppliers
  • Comfortable working with inventory and ERP systems
  • Strong computer and Excel skills
  • Able to manage multiple orders and follow up with vendors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
