Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor carton-making, folding, gluing, printing, and packaging equipment.

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.

• Load raw materials and remove finished products.

• Inspect cartons for quality, dimensions, printing accuracy, and defects.

• Pack, stack, and palletize finished cartons.

• Follow production schedules and all safety procedures.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

• Record production and quality information.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work with team members to meet daily production and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Must be dependable and have good attendance.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
