What You'll Love

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and manage sign-in/sign-out for clients and guests
• Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
• Type and update documents, including entering new client goals
• Enter time tickets and support general clerical and administrative tasks
• Use office equipment including a multi-line phone and copier/fax machine

What You'll Bring

• Strong people and phone skills — personable, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (typing, copy/paste)
• Experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus
• Data entry experience is a plus
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus
• A reliable, show-up-ready attitude and genuine care for the people you'll be supporting
