What You'll Do:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and general ledger accounts
• Communicate with vendors and clients in both English and Spanish
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Must have prior AP/AR or bookkeeping experience (required)
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
