We are hiring a Quality Technician II for a manufacturing facility in Red Oak, TX. This role helps plan and direct the activities that keep the site's quality system running and supports a team of Quality Technicians.

Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

• Investigate quality issues and determine root cause and corrective action
• Participate in shop order reviews and request changes as needed
• Create installation quality checklists and QC audit checklists for each job order
• Maintain the site weld program, including weld training, NDT testing, weld certifications and auditing
• Help create quality standards and train team members on them
• Supervise Quality Technicians responsible for QC audit processes
• Create and communicate quality alerts across the organization
• Monitor quality metrics for trends and drive actions to reduce defects
• Ensure completed units meet quality standards for form, fit and function
• Work safely in a production environment, wearing PPE when required

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a quality role
• Strong mechanical background
• Experience in truck equipment or a similar manufacturing industry is a plus
• Computer and data collection skills
• Comfortable using standard handheld measuring equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and a neat, organized work area
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs; some travel required

Pay: Up to $60,000/year
