We are searching for reliable and hardworking individuals to join the team in Howell, MI as a Packer.

·       1^st shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday to Friday
• 3^rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am Monday to Friday
• Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

The packer will be working as part of a team to produce plastic containers for a variety of industries, including food packaging and cosmetics.

Responsibilities:

• Remove finished products from the conveyor belt and production line
• Pack plastic containers into designated boxes for shipment
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Palletize completed boxes for storage and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• 6-8 months of experience in a similar environment required
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and squat for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred
