Single Welder

Location: Shawnee Fabrication Facility

CLM Construction is seeking an experienced Single Welder to join our fabrication team. The Single Welder is responsible for producing quality welds on pipe, fittings, structural components, and fabricated assemblies while following approved drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.

The Single Welder will perform welding operations according to approved WPS requirements and project specifications. This position will review drawings and weld information, prepare materials, operate welding equipment, and produce welds that meet required quality and dimensional standards.

The Single Welder will work closely with fitters, the Shop Foreman, QA/QC, and other fabrication personnel to maintain production schedules and ensure completed work meets project requirements. Responsibilities also include properly setting up welding equipment, maintaining tools and equipment, performing weld repairs when required, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Previous industrial, pipe, or structural welding experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience with applicable welding processes and the ability to read and understand welding procedures, drawings, and weld information.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Welder qualifications and certifications applicable to the work are strongly preferred.
