Quality Inspector

A client of ours is looking to add a Quality Inspector to their growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• MUST be able to work in a Cleanroom full-time while wearing required PPE
• Coordinate daily QC inspection activities based on production priorities and risk.
• Ensure adherence to inspection plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized inspection methods.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards, including ISO 13485.
• Escalate critical quality risks that may impact product quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Perform inspections regularly to support workload demands and ensure continuity of operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring safety risks and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Support and promote 5S, Safety Standards, Quality initiatives, and consistent implementation of company and plant procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Your Background Should Look Like:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding product quality.
• Working knowledge of production flow and manufacturing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills, including data entry; experience with SAP Manufacturing and knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred.
• Proficient in the English language.
