Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder for a local manufacturing company in Oxnard, CA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a skilled and dependable individual with hands-on welding and fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication according to specifications and work orders

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and measurements

• Prepare, position, align, and fit metal components for welding

• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and workmanship

• Operate welding and related fabrication equipment safely

• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as needed

• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous professional welding experience required

• Experience with common welding and metal fabrication techniques

• Ability to read measurements and basic fabrication drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

• Ability to perform physical duties associated with welding and fabrication

• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team

Pay & Schedule

$20.00–$25.00/hour DOE
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
