Warehouse Associate 

Location: Ashland, VA
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Ashland, VA. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by working in various departments, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and replenishment. Team members will be cross-trained and may be moved between work areas based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label customer and store orders accurately
• Assist with shipping and inventory replenishment activities
• Pull orders for fulfillment
• Work from totes moving through conveyor systems throughout the warehouse
• Use box cutters safely to open cartons and prepare products for processing
• Push carts to restock inventory or move materials within the warehouse
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Work in different warehouse areas as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 50lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to safely use a box cutter and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Additional Information

• No forklift operation or powered equipment use required
• Cross-training provided across multiple warehouse functions
• Weekend schedule offers a consistent three-day work week
