The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service
• Maintain and update customer account information and databases
• Research customer accounts and resolve billing or service discrepancies
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding routes and schedules
• Create customer orders and process related paperwork
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
• Assist with administrative projects and departmental support as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP or customer management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
