We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on welding experience and be proficient in both MIG and Stick welding processes.
Perform MIG and Stick welding on various metal materials and components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Prepare, measure, cut, and fit metal materials for welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Minimum 2 years of welding experience required.
Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding required.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Starting pay of $18.00+ per hour, based on experience and skill level.
