Receiving Associate – Manufacturing

Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 4–6 months
Start: ASAP

We are hiring a Receiving Associate to join a busy manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things moving.

What You’ll Do

Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and products
Verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents
Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and visible damage
Complete receiving transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
Label and route materials to the appropriate warehouse or production locations
Help identify and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies
Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Materials, and Production teams
Follow safe material-handling and warehouse procedures
Keep receiving and storage areas organized

What We’re Looking For

Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with shipping documents and inventory information
Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with strong attendance
Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

This is an approximately 4–6 month assignment with a Monday–Friday day schedule. The company is looking to move quickly, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply right away!
