Shipping & Receiving Specialist - 1st Shift

$19.00 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Temporary Position | Winona, MN

Join a family-owned company where you'll play an important role in keeping products moving accurately and on time. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization.

Shipping and receiving experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with warehouse, inventory, material handling, or distribution experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

You'll support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming freight, preparing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and helping maintain accurate inventory.

• Pick products from the warehouse.
• Package and ship orders using UPS and USPS.
• Prepare large shipments and coordinate freight deliveries.
• Receive and inspect incoming freight for accuracy and damage.
• Track and resolve shipping issues and lost packages.
• Process product returns and vendor communications.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain shipping records and inventory accuracy.
• Support warehouse organization and departmental projects.
