Salary: starting at $16/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Lube Tech position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Use hand tools to complete oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Follow instructions, work orders, and established procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Assist with general shop operations as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as required.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow within the position.
• Professional appearance and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work orders accurately.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Reliable, hardworking, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
