Automotive Technician

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: Starting at $22/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Automotive Technician position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform tire, brake, shock, strut, lift, and alignment services.
• Use Hunter Engineering equipment to perform alignments and other services.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns related to tires, brakes, suspension, and alignment systems.
• Follow instructions, work orders, and established procedures.
• Operate shop computer systems as needed.
• Assist customers and provide professional customer service.
• Support overall shop operations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and working in awkward positions.
• Follow all facility policies, including a no-smoking policy and no cell phones on the shop floor.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Automotive service or technician experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns.
• Comfortable working with tires, brakes, suspension, and alignment systems.
• Experience with Hunter Engineering equipment is a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work orders accurately.
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Owning personal tools is a plus, but not required.
