Salary: $28-43/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a communications specialist for a health insurance provider.  Job duties include:

• Working with the Marketing and Experience teams to develop and execute communication strategies and plans to support newsletters, education materials, digital copy, sales/marketing information, internal communications, and social media content
• Helping develop communications to attract and educate new and existing members
• Working with stakeholders to establish and promote the company’s public image
• Ensuring communications comply with state, legal and federal regulations and guidelines
• Developing and executing a wide range of informational materials for internal and/or external audiences
• Establishing and maintaining company identity, design standards, and policies
• Developing the content for written and visual communications
• Serving as a lead for projects in collaboration with internal requestors and creative and fulfillment teams
• Coordinating with internal clients
• Creating, editing, and proofreading text and layout for internal and/or external publications
• Working collaboratively with the Content team
• Managing and executing internal and/or external communication strategies
• Copy editing social media content to ensure alignment with desired brand voice

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent work experience
• 2-4+ years of marketing and/or communications experience
• Communications experience in health-related industry is a plus

Other details:

• Position is hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
• Pay rate is $28-37/hr. for 2-4 years of experience and $37-43/hr. for 4+ years of experience
• Position is temporary, covering a maternity leave, and expected to end 12/31/2026
