Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions, order processing, and account inquiries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order entry, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with internal departments to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate communication.
- Perform customer verification processes and maintain accurate account and transaction records.
- Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary and support individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems, order processing, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
