Are you an experienced leader looking for an opportunity to coordinate and oversee warehouse operations? We are seeking a Team Leader to supervise and support a team within a warehouse facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, training employees, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection process and direct laborers in inspecting customer products.

• Lead by example, maintain organization, and uphold housekeeping standards.

• Ensure all employees follow health and safety policies and procedures.

• Report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor immediately.

• Coordinate shift start activities, ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and paperwork are ready.

• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions as needed.

• Monitor and ensure completion of assigned tasks while meeting customer requirements.

• Report policy or procedure violations to a Supervisor or Manager.

• Participate in and support all health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills to instruct and guide team members.

• Ability to follow instructions and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
