What You Will Do

• Visual Inspection: Examine newly molded plastic parts for defects, flaws, and inconsistencies by comparing them against approved samples and quality standards.

• Trimming & Finishing: Carefully remove flash, excess plastic, and unwanted material using basic hand tools to finish parts to precise specifications.

• Quality Decisions: Make definitive accept, rework, or reject calls on inspected parts to ensure only top-quality products reach customers.

• Defect Reporting: Identify and flag recurring production defects to line supervisor teams to help maintain high manufacturing output and efficiency.

What You Need

• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in quality control, inspection, printing, labeling, or plastics manufacturing is helpful, but candidates with a strong work history are welcome.

• Attention to Detail: Keen visual acuity, strong judgment to catch small flaws, and commitment to product quality.

• Hands-On Skills: Comfort using basic trimming tools and finishing instruments.

• Shift Availability: Openness to work either 2nd shift or 3rd shift hours.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63115.
