We are searching for dependable, team-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work to join the team in Holly, MI as a Assembler.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday (Overtime as needed during the week)
• Starting Pay Rate: $19 hour

The Assembler will work throughout the manufacturing facility assisting with the production of steel jack posts and construction safety anchors. Team members rotate between multiple workstations and are cross-trained in various manufacturing and warehouse functions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Assemble metal components and jack post products
• Load and unload materials throughout the production process
• Assist with paint line operations by loading, labeling, stacking, and banding finished products
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Read and use measuring tools, including tape measures
• Support production departments with material handling and general labor tasks
• Maintain quality standards and production requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with warehouse and shipping preparation as needed
• Cross-train in multiple departments and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

                • Ability to read and use a tape measure down to 1/8"
                • Ability to perform basic math, including addition and subtraction
                • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
                • Ability to stand, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
                • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required
                • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, construction, or industrial experience preferred but not required
