Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Terminal Operator to work at our lime silo facility. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring comfort with heights and exposure to heat. The ideal candidate has a construction or farm-hand background, thrives in a hardworking environment, and is willing to work long hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor terminal equipment and silos safely and efficiently.

• Perform inspections and routine maintenance on silos, conveyors, and related equipment.

• Climb silos and other elevated structures as needed for inspections, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

• Assist with loading and unloading operations, ensuring materials are handled properly.

• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues quickly and report major concerns to management.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and sun exposure.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, farm work, or industrial operations preferred.

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work long hours when necessary.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with heavy equipment or industrial machinery is a plus.
