Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a local organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, applicant records, and applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Help develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Knowledge of federal and Oregon employment laws.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• HR or recruiting certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
